My treatment approaches include Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Positive Psychology, Emotional Freedom, and Mindful Therapy. I work in a personal and warm manner focusing on the emotional and psychological needs of my clients. My approach to treatment is multidimensional and focuses on personal well-being physically, emotionally, and spiritually. I feel that healing requires an integration of the mind, body, and soul.
