I have extensive experience working with grief/loss, caregiver support/education, loss of independence, aging concerns, infertility, anxiety, and more. With a Masters in Social Work from Michigan State University I am well qualified to help you on your therapy journey to reach your goals. I utilize a variety of practices in our sessions that are individualized to meet your needs. I offer therapy sessions in the comfort of your own home. Person-centered approach and meeting you where you are at is of utmost importance to me. I offer holistic options, mindfulness, CBT, and Christian perspectives (if this is identified as being important to you). I strive to individualize sessions to meet your specific goals.
