About me

My name is Alicia Jones. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas. I have worked in social services for the past 12 years, including the Department of Child Protective Services, Foster Care and working with women recovering from addiction. I also have experience working with individuals and families dealing with trauma and crisis. I have years of experience working with people from various walks of life, who are interested in making positive changes in their lives. I consider myself eclectic using all the tools in my tool bag to help my clients with issues they may be experiencing. I believe in being caring, warm, authentic and non-judgmental; and meeting clients where they are. I do this by working collaboratively with clients, encouraging and advocating for them to dig deep and stay positive in order to become their most authentic self. I look forward to working with you!
