About me

My style includes an eclectic mixture of evidence-based with spiritual/humanistic. I have been and am a client, as I have had challenges in life too. Thus, I like to think of myself as relatable. I also practice Art Therapy and Recreation Therapy. I have worked with kids 6 y.o. through geriatrics, and a range of presenting issues from addictions, disabilities, marriage/couples, etc. My goal is to help you to do your healing work for however long we are supposed to cross paths. I am a mixed-Black woman in America. I am from the east coast but have traveled around. I love animals!
