I am a licensed professional clinical counselor and a life and performance coach. I am best known for my versatility in working with couples, life coaching individuals, and performance coaching with athletes and executives (and a warm and approachable demeanor). As a counselor, I advocate that understanding ourselves and our relationships better is not just for those in crisis. I believe counseling can help everyone be their most elite selves. I adapt the skills elite athletes use for everyday life. I help folks understand how they came to be where they are and how to bridge the gap to where they would like to be. For couples, I offer pathways to letting triggers become teachers. I unravel the mystery of calm communication through conflict, even infidelity, and a perspective that allows a much more profound understanding of what is really going on.
