I am licensed in California with 9 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with relationship issues, family conflicts, coping with life changes, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, and overall health and wellness, including weight loss and weight management. My passion in working with clients in pursuit of healing, freedom and overall wellness stems from my personal experience in saving my own life through embarking on a health journey encompassing physical, mental and emotional transformation, and losing 150 pounds in the process. I embrace a compassionate, collaborative and strength based approach to help clients believe in their own limitless potential, when they choose to invest in themselves and their healing journey. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
