I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Indiana with over 7 years of professional work experience. I have a Masters degree in Mental Health Counseling and I am a member of the American Counseling Association. I have worked in a variety of settings from outpatient to inpatient, intensive outpatient care and hospital and emergency services. I have experience in helping clients with a variety of concerns including stress and anxiety, coping with grief and loss, motivation, self-esteem, self-confidence, depression and much more.
