About me

I bring my knowledge earned through education, research, and personal experience. I specialize in Trauma and Substance Use. My goal is to help clients break through pain, gain self awareness, and a love for self that replaces a need for chemical dependance. I have over 10 years experience working with various clients who struggle with Substance use, and PTSD. My vast experience has shown an innate ability to work well with Veterans and First Responders and their families. as I have several years experience assisting type “A” personalities deal with decreasing the stigma that goes along with asking for help. Let’s see if together we can find you the path you have been seeking through therapy and self love.
