About me

My 23 years of counseling experience in outpatient clinics and private practice began with addiction treatment, co-occurring mental health issues and eventually specializing in trauma treatment. I have drawn from Internal Family Systems, Schema Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, EMDR, to name a few modalities, along with holistic methods including Mindfulness, Energy Medicine, Tapping, and QiGong. I invite clients to explore aspects of themselves encompassing body, personality, communal and spiritual in a supportive space that nurtures your special individuality, insight and self healing.
