About me

Hello! I am a licensed clinical social worker in Massachusetts with over 10 years of experience. I have worked with individuals with a wide range of concerns including trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, and major mental illnesses. I have also helped many people who need support and guidance in navigating the mental health system to ensure their needs are adequately met. My therapy style is client-centered, warm and reflective. I believe in treating anyone with respect and compassion. My mission is to try and eliminate the stigma associated with mental heath, therefore I do not believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic and motivational interviewing therapy. I will tailor our work and treatment plan to meet your individual and specific needs. It takes courage to take the first steps towards a more fulfilling and happier life. I am here to support you through this journey and I look forward to working with you!
