I am licensed in Florida with 40 years of professional work experience. My upbringing and graduate school education was in New York. I have therapeutic experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, depression, certain trauma, relationship issues, and motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I also have experience working with family challenges, coping abilities and strategies with life changes and creating new ones. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that have and will assist you in overcoming situations that challenge you. I have experience with holocaust survivors as well as their adult children and families.
