Ann Stromberg (LISW)

I am an Ohio based Licensed Independent Social Worker with 12 years of experience. I have experience with clients of all ages, from school-aged to older adults and have worked in clinical, community and school settings. I have worked with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, life transitions, grief, anger and behavioral issues. In my practice I combine a strength based focus with cognitive behavioral and solution focused therapies. I approach therapy from a holistic perspective and will help a client evaluate all areas of their life to determine what is going well and what concerns they have. I am passionate about helping a client reach their goals in an efficient time frame and to build skills to allow clients to navigate life’s challenges well beyond our time together. I rely on client feedback to determine what strategies are working and when new strategies may need to be implemented. I believe that no one knows you better than you do and I am committed to helping you find strategies that work and will not waste time on anything you don’t believe is helpful. I want to partner with you in building a happy, positive and confident outlook in life and to move beyond any challenges you are facing.
