About me

I am licensed in Tennessee with 29 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, trauma and abuse, & motivation, self esteem, self confidence, addictions, and grief. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and I am proud of you for getting started! I wanted to state that my hours are on my Calendar. I always want people to get their needs met with days/time preferences. I do not work on Fridays and weekends. At this time I am Part Time with BetterHelp. I do not offer Texting in my counseling, as I see it very impersonal, and counseling is much too important to settle for that mode of communication.
