About me

I am an independently licensed clinical counselor (LPCC-S) and art therapist with 25 years of experience. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, personality disorders, and phase of life issues. I also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse. My counseling style is non-judgmental, supportive, and I will provide helpful challenges to assist with progress. I am available to also provide expressive therapy, if this is more comfortable. I strongly believe that everyone needs space to tell their story, in a private and confidential setting. Healing and recovery are possible! I look forward to working with you!
