Hi! I’m Ansley Bannister, LCSW. I have 8 years of experience as a Social Worker and 4 years as a therapist. My background is in community mental healthy. I have experience helping others with a variety of circumstances such as depression, anxiety, mood swings, anger, isolation, and relationship issues. I aim for my therapeutic approach to always be person centered and trauma informed. Therapy is a partnership between myself and the client to achieve the client’s goals. My therapeutic training includes modalities such as Recovery Oriented Cognitive Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.
