As a therapist, I empower clients through self-exploration to facilitate personal growth and lasting change. I strive to understand each client’s unique needs, therapy goals, and definition of a meaningful life. With that understanding, I collaborate with my clients to incorporate specific action steps to enhance day-to-day functioning and overall wellbeing. While recognizing that symptom reduction is important, I emphasize the broader goal of increased happiness and fulfillment. I have training and experience in many different evidence-based approaches including Internal Family Systems and Psychodynamic Therapy. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, and trauma, and I particularly enjoy working with young adults, those struggling with life transitions, self-esteem and coping skills.
