I am a social worker licensed in Florida with 28 years of professional work experience. I have worked with clients coping with a variety of issues, including stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, major illness, addictions, and grief and loss. I worked extensively with veterans and am familiar with the unique challenges they face. Depending on the needs and concerns of the client, I utilize various approaches to treatment, including motivational, solution-focused, rational emotive behavioral (REBT), cognitive behavioral (CBT), and neuro-linguistic changework (NLP). I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you.
