I have experience working with adults who have mood disorders, personality disorders, psychotic disorders, depression, anxiety, PTSD, and trauma. I enjoy helping people along their journey to overcome obstacles and reach their full potential using multiple therapeutic modalities and interventions such as CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), SFT (Solution Focused Therapy), Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness. I am also nationally board certified and a member of the American Counseling Association.
