About me

This Journey starts with you, so let’s create a new book and start our first chapter today. I look forward to impacting your life while guiding you with a new light. I am a Licensed Clinical Social worker who believe in empowering others to succeed. Establishing a rapport is paramount during therapy. Once created, I will identify and utilized the most effective therapeutic approach to maximize your time and results. This includes, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing, and Psychotherapy. I obtained my Master of Social work degree from Stephen F. Austin in 2013. Since graduating I have dedicated my life to mental health. Being able to assist those in need is a burning passion. I am grateful to be in this position to help those who suffer from unresolved pain and the difficulties of life. In order to alleviate symptoms, the problem has to be addressed.
