I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in California with nine years of experience working with people making change in their life. I have worked with people challenged by depression, anxiety, trauma, abuse, and life changing situations. My approach is solution focused, client centered, and strengths based drawing heavily from Cognitive Behavioral Theory. Life can often be difficult and hard to navigate, but I believe that we all have the strength and resilience to grow and change, and live a more fulfilling life. Therapy is a challenging, yet warm process that entails self-reflection and honest conversation. It is important for me to create a space for you to feel comfortable, and open. My goals are to help you reach your goals in a supportive, empathetic, and compassionate space where you feel safe.
