I am licensed in Texas with 4 years of professional work experience as a Counselor, and 20 years as a licensed social worker. From all walks of life I’ve met people where they are, as they are. Listened, to learn what’s happening, what hurts, what you are wanting to change. Stress, anxiety, career difficulties, & depression can come into life sometimes. It can be hard. As the expert of your story you can share and I can be a listening heart,a safe place to talk openly. I’ll remind you of your strengths you can use to face challenges. And new ways to consider things. If you are a person of faith, or spiritual beliefs I’m open to including them in our counseling process.
