My name is Benita Wilson and I have been a therapist for more than 20 years, successfully working with families, couples and individuals. I provide therapy for Traumatic Brain Injury, Anxiety, Depression, Panic, Anger, Stress Related Disorders, Relationship Counseling . My counseling style is client centered, open, engaging and supportive. I believe that it is important for everyone feel respected and safe to express themselves. My therapeutic interventions consist of cognitive behavioral therapy, rational -emotive therapy, solution-focused interventions. I look forward to working with you!
