I also have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, coping with addictions, motivation, self esteem, confidence, & depression. I would like to provide a warm and open space where we can talk about what is going on, learn more about you, and gain some tools and skills to improve your life. I combine person centered and cognitive behavioral approaches with other modalities to tailor therapy to the client.
