I am licensed in North Carolina with 4 years of professional work experience. Before that I have over 20 years experience working with parents improving their relationships with their children and addressing behaviors. I have experience in helping people with stress, anxiety, trauma, abuse, motivation, self -esteem, confidence, & depression and how these struggles affect relationships and quality of living. I also have experience working with coping with life changes. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion.
