I am an Army Veteran and a Licensed Professional Counselor practicing in Virginia with 25 years of professional work experience. My experience is in helping clients with stress , anxiety, coping with addictions, trauma, abuse, & anger management. I have an extensive history counseling active duty/retired military and their family members.
