About me

Hello! I’m Bobbie Briggs, a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist! I am currently licensed in Wisconsin and have experience in helping clients explore, heal, and find liberation in areas such as stress and anxiety management, trauma processing, identity exploration, self esteem building, depression symptom management, grief processing, and coping with life changes. I have a strong desire to work collaboratively with my clients to support them on their health journey using models and tools such as Liberation Psychology, Narrative Family Therapy, Somatic Practices, EMDR, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I hope to create a therapy space, even virtually, of empowerment for you to take ownership of your story, a comfortable space to be vulnerable and promote growth, and a place where you can be celebrated in your uniqueness.
