I am licensed psychotherapist in California with 35 years of professional work experience in both private practice and working at UCLA with undergraduate students. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, depression , motivation, self esteem, confidence, & relationship conflicts . I also have experience working with coping with life changes.
