About me

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Georgia with over five years of clinical experience. I have worked with individuals and couples in various settings with a wide range of behavioral and emotional concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship & family issues, grief & loss, life transitions and identity development. The therapeutic relationship is important to the process, so identifying if we are a good fit is valuable to the work. My counseling style is warm and collaborative, my goal is to create a safe and welcoming space where clients can feel seen and not judged in order to allow for vulnerability and authentic sharing. I have an integrative approach, incorporating different theoretical orientations including humanistic, psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioral modalities. I believe each client is unique, so treatment should reflect their uniqueness. We will work together to tailor treatment to clients specific needs. Doing the work of therapy is not always easy, but the rewards are endless. I honor your interest in reaching out for support and I would count it a privilege to walk with you through the journey of therapy.
