I am an Army Veteran licensed in Illinois and Missouri with 10 years of professional work experience through direct individual/group practice This includes working as a crisis, substance use, and mental health counselor in the field. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including helping clients with stress, anxiety, lgbtq+ related issues, relationship issues, coping with life changes & depression. I also have assisted many clients who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse. My aim is to work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
