About me

I’m a licensed professional counselor with over a decade of experience in hospitals, crisis care, and private practice. I specialize in treating adults with ADHD and trauma. My approach is biopsychosocial, which means I consider the biological, psychological, and social factors that contribute to your condition. I mostly incorporate cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness techniques into treatment and I have training in EMDR therapy and Anger Management. I am a practicing Buddhist with 8 years of catholic school under my belt and southern Baptist roots, I carry influence from them all :-) I’m a lifelong learner and my current focus is on healing and educating adults with ADHD and trauma. My goal is to empower you to live your best life. If you’re ready to take the first step, let’s get started!
