About me

Hello and thank you for stopping by! I am a direct, warm and results oriented counselor. I’ve worked in Intensive Outpatient as well as private practice. I’m trained in CBT, ACT and DBT (among other things)… what does all that mean? It means that I will use research proven modalities to help you, often times with a dash of quirky humor. I believe that therapy treats the whole being – body, mind and spirit. I believe the best therapy is done when you connect with, and feel supported by, your therapist. Outside of work, I love long hikes, travel, spending time with my adult children and spoiling my little, white dog. Life is beautiful, tragic, magical and heartbreaking. You don’t have to go it alone.
