About me

I am licensed in North Carolina with 14 years of professional work experience. I have extensive experience working the military and veteran population. I have a background in substance abuse counseling and domestic violence. In general I believe that the first step to a successful counseling experience is the therapist/client connection and feeling as though you are heard and valued. Because of this belief it is important to me that we are a good fit. You are most successful when you feel well cared for. I will use a variety of modalities to help you identify where you are struggling and assist you in coming up with solutions for active change. I look forward to meeting each and every one of you. It truly is an honor to be in your story.
