About me

I mainly work with clients who are overcoming the effects of traumatic experiences or loss. These effects may include symptoms of anxiety, depression or unresolved grief. I have both personal and professional experience with grief and emotional trauma recovery. As a counselor, my goal is to provide a supportive environment where my clients feel safe and comfortable enough to explore their emotions and the impact of their experiences. Please feel free to contact me with any questions that you might have for me or to set up a time to talk.
