Aloha! I am a licensed mental health counselor in Hawai’i with over 5 years of experience. I have worked with various clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, dual diagnoses, bipolar, PTSD, substance abuse, and psychotic disorders. I’ve also helped many individuals who have experienced grief, self-esteem issues, and emotional abuse. I believe in building rapport first and treating individuals with respect, compassion, and dignity. I am partnering with you on your journey to whether it’s healing, understanding yourself, or someone to process with. My approach is eclectic with a combination of client-centered, psychodynamic, gestalt, and cognitive-behavioral therapy.
