About me

I am a Marriage and Family Therapist and have been practicing for about 6 years. I have experience working in various environments such as school settings, therapeutic foster care homes, mental health hospitals (inpatient and outpatient), rehabilitation facilities, and outpatient settings. I have had the opportunity to help individuals that have challenges with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting issues, trauma, etc. I believe in holistic treatment and that taking care of your whole being (mind, body, and soul) is important to living a better quality of life. My approach combines with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systemic, Solution-focused, Psychodynamic, and Structural Therapy. It is my desire to meet you where you are and help you reach your goals. Addressing mental health issues can be new and challenging for many people. For some it causes anxiety to increase and brings about a lot of uncertainty. While this experience presents challenges, I encourage you to lean in and stay committed to healing, growing, and becoming the best version of yourself. I consider it an honor to help you along this journey and look forward to serving you.
