I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Georgia with over 7 years of experience working as a counselor and a community support individual. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including trauma, abuse, anger, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and ADHD. I also have worked with individuals who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse. My counseling style is warm, personable, and interactive. I believe in empowering the individual, where I can instill in them the knowledge and strength that they can change their circumstances. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don’t believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral and humanistic counseling. I am solution-focused and collaborative; therefore, we will work together to create a treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs and accomplish your goals.
