Hello, my name is Chrissy Snead. I graduated with my Master’s degree from Auburn University. I have over 15 years of experience working in the mental health field. I use cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavioral, solution focused, client centered and motivational interviewing. I have experience working with individuals that struggle with relationship issues, depression, anxiety, panic disorders, parenting problems, career challenges, and personality disorders.
