I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor with 14 years of experience working in the mental health and addiction field in the state of Texas. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including addiction, anger management, veteran issues, depression, anxiety, parenting problems, career challenges, and just finding direction in life. My counseling style is warm and casual. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I am not here to judge anyone. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, rational-emotive, and existential counseling. We will work together to develop a treatment plan that meets your unique and specific needs. The hardest thing to do is ask for help and I applaud you. I am here to support, encourage, and help you “figure things out”. I look forward to working with you!
