Welcome! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Florida with six years of clinical experience. I have worked with a wide range of concerns from depression, anxiety, parenting issues, relational/familial problems and self-esteem. I take an integrative approach to wellness and believe that you embody the solutions you are looking for. My style can be described as warm, compassionate and non-judgmental. It is my job to create a safe space for you to achieve the goals that you desire. I am a solution-focused Therapist, but will tailor the method I use based on your needs and comfort. This could include but is not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy, structural family therapy or client-centered therapy. It takes a great deal of courage to seek wellness and to be ready to take action toward that overarching goal. I am here to empower, support and challenge you on that journey when you are ready.
