My name is Christine. I am an Independent Clinical Social Worker licensed in Minnesota with 25 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. I have worked with clients to support growth in a wide range of areas including depression, anxiety, relationships, parenting challenges, adjustments in life, and trauma. My therapy style is warm and interactive. My approach is very integrative pulling from different styles of therapeutic intervention to fit uniquely to each individual. I commonly incorporate a variety of modalities: cognitive-behavioral, experiential, structural, and internal family systems. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and joy filled life and to begin the process towards change.
