Hello, my name is Christy! I am a licensed mental health counselor in the state of Florida. I have been working in the field for over 16 years. I received my masters degree at the University of North Florida. In my experience when people are given the right tools or skills it empowers them to cope with any life situation. I believe therapy is the means in which one develops these skills. That is why I use both a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approach as well as Person-Centered.
