I am a client centered psychotherapist, licensed in the state of Florida, with the belief that we are more than just our bodies or our minds. I will help you to uncover your true Self and to live the life YOU desire to live. My focus is self acceptance, and self compassion, knowing you are worthy, just as you are. We will work together to identify deeply programmed beliefs that are no longer serving you and to replace with new beliefs and inevitably new behaviors. I am not only a trained mental health therapist who will help you identify core issues and solutions. I am also a practitioner of meditation and mindfulness which can be utilized in all areas of our daily lives to create a more serene and joyful life. As my client you will actively participate in your journey including completing homework and exercises in addition to having 24 hour support through Youtube tutorials. My focus is on life changing transitions and coping with life stressors such Trauma, Life stage transitions, Grief and Loss, Anxiety, Depression, Career, Money, Relationships, General Stress Management and Spirituality. Helping you identify your internal resources to heal suffering, make necessary changes and to create the rich and meaningful life you desire.
