About me

Greetings, My name is Colleen Neuer and I am Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) in the state of North Carolina with 10 years of experience. I have also spent 14 years working as a School Counselor and have also worked closely with families. I have spent most of my clinical time working with people who struggle with anxiety, anger management, transitions in life, relationship problems and parenting issues. My counseling style is warm with some humor mixed in; I believe in serving all people and look forward to catering our time together to your needs. I use Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational-Emotive therapy, client-centered therapy and life coaching in working with clients. My goal is that each of my clients feels valued and motivated to gain all that life has to offer and that they would have the tools to carry our time together into their futures. I look forward to working with you!
