I am a veteran and licensed LPC in Virginia with over 6 years of history in professional work w combined experience pre and post licensure. I have experience in helping clients with PTSD , MST, military related issues, stress, anxiety, trauma, abuse, motivation, self esteem, confidence, depression and many other dx. I also have experience working with those coping through life changes. I work with my clients to create a strong therapeutic alliance that can enable them to feel comfortable in sharing their thoughts and feelings without fear. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.
