About me

I have been working in the mental health field since the early 2000s. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a PhD in Counselor Education. I’ve worked with various clients struggling with a multitude of issues including personal, marital and family issues, domestic violence, pornography addiction and other common mental health issues such as depression and anxiety. I take a philosophical approach to the work I do with my clients and I encourage my clients to begin developing habits and routines in their behaviors and in their thought patterns that will have beneficial long term effects on their lives and their relationships.
