I am licensed in Florida with 15 years of professional work experience. I’m an U.S. Air Force veteran and I have over 13+ years of experience providing therapy to veterans through federal service. I’ve been trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Integrative Behavioral Couple Therapy (IBCT). I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, relationship issues, motivation, self esteem, confidence, & depression.
