About me

It is exhausting to constantly be at war with yourself. I know you are trying and you are seen. As a Mental Health Professional, I have made it my priority to provide a welcoming, safe, and supportive environment to help individuals overcome the everyday wars they face inside. Together we can find different ways to accomplish your goals, form meaningful connections, and help you and/or your child feel in control again. Working with individuals ages 5 years and older, I collaborate with my clients to find the approach that work best fit their needs and help them reach their treatment goals. I have a passion working with individuals struggling with self regulation and trauma. I am also certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). If you are searching for healing, I see you and am here to provide support as you navigate your own path. I hope you decide to take these steps with me towards finding healing.
