I am a Professional Counselor licensed in Georgia with over 14 years of experience working as a therapist. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, ADHD and stress management. I have also helped many people who have experienced trauma or abuse. My counseling style is warm and interactive. Respect and compassion are essential for a good counseling relationship. My approach combines Cognitive-Behavioral, Psychodynamic and Motivational Interviewing. Everyone’s experience is different and it is important to work together as a team.
