About me

I am a LISW practicing in Ohio with over 17 years of clinical experience. In my early years as a clinician I worked at a residential rehabilitation facility for adolescents. In this role I did family therapy, trauma therapy and facilitated group and individual therapy for the kids and their parents. I spent several years working as a school social worker at a large public school working with issues ranging from anger management, grief, divorce and teen sexuality issues. My current part time role is as an assessor for families going through the adoption process and I love it. My style is warm and engaging. I have experience with families struggling with fertility, loss, depression, communication issues and health issues. I have worked with many victims of trauma and am well versed in the importance of trauma informed care. As a younger therapist the scope of my practice centered around teenagers but has expanded in recent years to include more adults struggling with relationship issues, parenting and honestly life. I look forward to getting to know you and hope that we can connect in a way that can help.
