I’m an LCSW and currently licensed in Florida and Utah. I have many years of professional work experience in multiple settings and have pretty much enjoyed every job I ever had. I’ve learned a wide range of problem-solving skills over the years which is nice because I tend to be solution oriented. A few areas I have experience in include helping clients with grief/loss, bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety, dealing with aging parents, coping with life changes, and narcissistic abuse recovery.
